Questions worth asking first.
What does Cartvane do?
It's an automated CRO audit. You paste a URL. We open your site in a real browser at phone size and desktop size, run 72 checks from published research, and give you a health score plus your biggest leaks, marked on screenshots of your own pages, each with the fix.
Does it work on landing pages and SaaS sites, not just stores?
Yes. If we don't find a store, we audit the site as a landing page: what the first screen says, your offer, your buttons, proof, navigation, speed and mobile. Store only checks like cart and checkout are skipped and left out of the score.
What exactly does it scan?
Public pages only, at 390px for phones and 1366px for desktop. On a store that's the path to buy: homepage, a collection, products, the cart and the first checkout page. On a landing page or SaaS site it's the main page plus the key pages linked from your menu and sitemap.
Is it safe to scan my site?
Yes. We read public pages only. On a store we may add one item to our own cart so we can see the cart and checkout page. We never fill in checkout, place an order, submit a form or try to get past a bot check.
How long does it take?
Most stores take 2 to 3 minutes. Big stores take longer. You can leave your email and close the tab.
How much does it cost?
The preview is free and needs no card: a health score, your 3 biggest leaks marked on your pages, and the full fix for the top one. The full report is $19, one time ($12 founding price if you join the waitlist now). With my personal review it's $199, and I take on 1 review a week. Monitor is $29 a month or $290 a year to scan one site as often as you like, and a $19 report you already bought is credited toward your first month. Agencies pay $99 a month or $990 a year for 10 client sites and 15 white label reports a month, or start with the $69 pack of 5 reports, credited toward the first Agency month. Payments open soon; until then paid plans are a free waitlist. Useful or it's free. If your paid report isn't useful, email us within 14 days and you get your money back.
Do you promise more sales?
No. We rank leaks by evidence, not by a made up forecast. Research numbers are labelled as benchmarks, never as a prediction for your store.
Why did my score change when I scanned again?
Live stores change between visits: a new popup, a slower load, a different product. Expect the score to move by about 3 points.
Does it work on stores that aren't on Shopify?
The store checks follow the standard ecommerce path to buy and are tuned on Shopify themes. Other stores can be scanned. Anything we can't see is marked and left out of the score.
What if a page is behind a bot check?
We mark those checks as not seen and leave them out of the score. We don't try to get past the check. If we can't see enough, you get a partial audit with no score.
What data do you keep?
The URL you scanned, the result and screenshots of public pages. We keep your email only if you ask us to email you, or if you buy. We never sell it. To delete an audit and its screenshots, email us.
